Due to Rolls Royce Company Policy, ONLY Approved Removal Contractors are Permitted to Operate on this Site. Please See Collection Details for Contact Information.
Approved Contractor’ means a Contractor or Sub-Contractor that is deemed by the Seller’s absolute discretion (or appointed representative) as competent/ capable and meets the minimum requirements of the applicable Rolls-Royce Health, Safety and Environment Management and Control Standards and in-region legislation applicable for the location of the Equipment for the defined scope of work. Minimum requirements include confirmation the Contractor or Sub-Contractor hold suitable insurances for the defined scope of work.
‘Approved Contractor List’ means a list of Approved Contractor(s) that may be provided by the Seller at time of Sale listing to be included as part of the Terms of Sale and therefore must be engaged by the Buyer for removal of the Equipment from the Seller Premises, unless otherwise agreed by the Seller in writing.
- Buyers are fully responsible for removal of items plus all shipping and rigging charges.
- Items are only available to collect once the transfered funds have cleared, and a collection appointment has been booked.
- Buyers or third party movers must present an invoice to the on-site personnel when removing their items.
- Buyers must complete the removal of items within the clearance deadline. Normal removal hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm (local time) unless otherwise stated.
